Speed Work

First time in a minute on the track. My goal today was to get moving fast, and then trying to hold that speed over a little bit longer of a distance.

Place: West Seattle Stadium
Time: 1pm
Weather: Sunny, 55 degrees
Notes: my long-sprinting obviously needs work!

4x200m w/60 sec rest

full recovery then,
2x400m w/90 sec rest
